Zambia: Mining licences for locals

PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has directed that Zambians who own mining licences will not be allowed to sell to foreign nationals but fellow Zambians only.And the President has urged senior government officials to stop misinforming the public that the Presidency does not mean well whenever directives are issued to stop illegalities in mining or other activities.
